Modern life is hectic, stressful and filled with problems, rendering the need for self-care highly important. Women tend to take care of everyone else’s needs before their own, with resulting negative consequences to their physical, emotional and spiritual health. This group will provide a safe environment for women to gain and give support to one another. Take some time for yourself and join us on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month in the Fireside Room from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. Child care will be provided.
